Troubleshooting​

Graphics Not Loading​

If RevIQ graphics such as the bowtie are not loading, try clearing your local storage in Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome DevTools: Ctrl + Shift + I (or right-click and select Inspect)
  2. Click the Application tab
  3. Locate Local Storage in the left panel
  4. Right-click your portal URL (e.g., https://portal.unasoft.app) and select Clear
  5. Hard refresh your browser with Ctrl + Shift + R
